Sous-vide is a simple yet intuitively clever method of cooking. I jumped on the sous-vide bandwagon a long time ago, and got hooked right from the start! I never cook my steak any other way now. It gives perfectly succulent, tender, tasty steak every time, without hassle. Apart from steak, I also use my sous-vide to cook chicken, pork and even fish.

Getting perfectly cooked vegetables, eggs, and even dessert is easy with a sous-vide! So you can pop them straight from the freezer or fridge into your sous-vide!
